Cancellation Policy

At Aokay Collective, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time the same way we respect yours.

48-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment time.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount.

Deposits

Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your total service cost.
